SAVE THE RETURN ONCE AND REFRESH AND THEN SEE THE DATA 

after uploading JSON file do i have to fill it manually in the tabs appear under GST3B-Prepare online?

NO, NOT REQUIRED 

After uploading the JSON file, if there is no error, data reflects after few minutes. To check the data just click on Rreturn filling Tab (after clicking Return Dashboard), dont click on "Prepare Online", you will be able to see the data

i have just exported file of GSTR3-B from tally in json format & that file uploaded to GST portal

havn't downloaded excel utility or anything. is this correct way?

if your the exported by tally in JSON format is supportable in GST Portal than it is fine, otherwise it is suggested to use utility

our march-18 return are pending & i just tried to file april-18 returns as there not is liability to pay

maybe that's why its not reflecting on portal?
