GSTR 9C is a reconciliation form that has to be filed in addition to GSTR 9 annual return by businesses or registered entities whose turnover is above a certain limit. Earlier the limit was Rs. 2 Crores; starting from Financial year 2018-2019, GSTR 9C is required to be filed by all entities with a turnover over Rs. 5 crores. Therefore, yes, it is mandatory for you to file GSTR 9C for all the financial years starting from FY 2018.
