Facing following problem and i have done all the setting which is given above but still problem is same.Please check the server connection 1[object event] while generating json file of gstr9c please guide me
Just reinstall the GST emsigner and make sure u "Run as Administrator"

2. Error while generating JSON File from GSTR-9C offline utility. : After feeding all the details in GSTR-9C and at the time of generating the JSON File from GSTR-9C offline utility it is opening a internet explorer window and giving two options initiate filling and open EmSigner but both buttons are not working.

In GSTR-9, Table 4 & 5 is only for Outward Supplies. You have to show here only Outward Supplies and Outward Supplies Return (Net).
In Table 6, here you have to mention your Inward supplies and Inward supplies Return (Net).

INITIATE SIGNATURE BUTTON NOT WORKING? HOW TO DO
Kindly guide I am unable to generate JSON because after initiating filing open em signer option is not enabled.

Kindly prepare GSTR-9C in offline utility version 1.3 if you’re getting “error occurred on Portal.
Do not delete any file from the extracted folder.
Keep the folder on desktop then generate json file, run emsigner as administrator and then initiate signing . Do not work on network.
I hope this will work for you also.
