GSTR-9C - Problems

I get the error 'Please check server connection1(Object Event)' after clicking Upload JSON and then Initiate filing in the ensuing web page. Has anyone encounered this error and how did you solve this?

Start Emsigner

emsigner has been started successfully but same problem. Please check server connection1(Object Event)

Follow below steps to rectify this error:

1. Add following URLs as exception in Java 

https://127.0.0.1:1585

https://127.0.0.1:1565

https://127.0.0.1:2015

https://127.0.0.1

https://127.0.0.1

2. Run emsigner with admin rights.

3. Enable Active X components in IE settings and add GST site to trusted sites in IE.

Let me know if you still face errors.

I didnt encounter the error after I had downloaded and installed the latest emsigner and run it with admin rights. Suggest you try the same.

However, I am encountering an 'Error occurred" after uploading the JSON file on the website. The error report that is generated is corrupted that I am unable to figure out what the error is. Any solutions?

@ Mike augustus. I get 'Runtime error 424" when i try to import the error json file back into excel. 

Also I cannot upload Balnce sheet and P and L in Website.

On Runtime error, I got the same error too. Just press the END button in the error dialog. Then navigate each sheet to see where the error was in your 9C. 

On BS and PL upload, try successfully uploading the JSON file and then uploading BS and PL. I was getting a 'page cannot load error' but got around it once I successfully uploaded the JSON file.

On 'ERROR OCCURRED' message during JSON upload, it is due to out-dated DSC. Try applying for a new one, even if the old DSC's validity hasnt expired. It should work.

I have done all the settings as you mentioned but still facing same problem

Open chrome > enter URL https://127.0.0.1:1585 > press enter.

Safety error message will come > Go to advance and proceed further and visit the site. 

Then try to sign your excel again.

It should work.

To resolve "Error Occured" problem, fill your membership no. in the last two tabs of the offline utility form without putting initial '0' and then generate JSON file to upload. It should work.

1. Error while generating JSON File from GSTR-9C offline utility. : After feeding all the details in GSTR-9C and at the time of generating the JSON File from GSTR-9C offline utility it is opening a internet explorer window and giving two options initiate filling and open EmSigner but both buttons are not working.

Kindly suggest any solution for the same?

FOUND THE SOLUTION.... RUN THE EMSIGNER "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" IT WORKED...
