Gstr 4 - joson file upload error

while uploading the GSTR-4 for the period July to September 2017, we are getting an error report " USER HAS NOT OPTED IN AS A COMPOSITE TAXPAYER FOR THE SELECTED QUARTER PERIOD"

Please note that the  we have submitted the  application for new registration on 01/07/2017 as regular scheme. but later we opted in composition scheme on 21/09/2017 and both the application got approved. 

Please let us know the procedure for filing the return for the period from July 2017 to September 2017.
