I downloaded the offline tool for GSTR-4, it shows only July-Sep, Oct-Dec but not Jan-March 2018...??
kindly fix the problem

GSTR-4 offline tool for Jan-Mar is not available till now. In last qtr also it is available just 6-7 days before last date.
4th Quarter form not available in GST portal...
Wait on further availability...
it will made available within 3 4 days. no need to ask help desk. still u may made payment of gst challan for this quarter and wait till gstr-4 release.

My medical Whole seller issued me Credit Note against Expired Goods (Purchases Return) but he took only goods value only without GST reversal. How to fill GSTR-4 (5B (CDNR) ) when I am putting taxable Value system reflect GST automatically as per Tax Rate Selection, PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW TO FILE MY RETURN
Wrong Credit note has been issued to you...Wholesale has to charge GST in credit note.
