I took a fresh registration in sep 2017 under composition scheme. in my gst certificate date of liability is written as 24.09.2017 but my certificate is issued on 29.09.2017.
my query is I am ready with my invoice and turnover details to file gstr 4 for july to sep quarter but option to file gstr 4 is not available on gst portal. pls suggest what should I do? is my liability to file gstr 4 has not been started yet or what ?
