I HAD FILED AUGUST RETURNS BEFORE DUE DATE , AFTER ALL I HAVE TO PAY LATE FEES IN SEPTEMBER RETURN ON 20.10.17.

First of all the Late Fee showing before filing September month return is for August month and not for September.It has generated due to late filing of return if any one submit august month return on time but filing late (i.e. put the signature in return late) then that late fee arised.
So, wait for the notification as per my opinion these late fee shall be waived by government and such shall be add in your PLA register.
