Gstr 3b fee on last date of filing!?

Why is GSTR 3B showing fine on last date of filing, 20th September 2017 ? Is there any option to get back fine paid.?

Wait on further notifications. Govt Only decision takers. We don't have any other way...

I HAD FILED AUGUST RETURNS BEFORE DUE DATE , AFTER ALL I HAVE TO PAY LATE FEES IN SEPTEMBER RETURN ON 20.10.17.
I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND,WHY ?

First of all the Late Fee showing before filing September month return is for August month and not for September.It has generated due to late filing of return if any one submit august month return on time but filing late (i.e. put the signature in return late) then that late fee arised.

So, wait for the notification as per my opinion these late fee shall be waived by government and such shall be add in your PLA register.
