Form TRAN - 1 was submitted but for some reason the same was not filed. This window is currently closed.
Since TRAN - 1 was not filed, GSTR -3B for the month of December 2017 is not getting uploaded. The error message thrown is "You have submitted TRAN 1 Form but not filed. You are requested to file the same before submitting the return".
Since December month GSTR 3B is not filed, January's 3B is not getting submitted at all. Have tried raising complaints with the helpdesk, ticket is till open from past two months but the issue is not resolved.
Seeking some suggestion / solution for this issue.
