Form TRAN - 1 was submitted but for some reason the same was not filed. This window is currently closed.

Since TRAN - 1 was not filed, GSTR -3B for the month of December 2017 is not getting uploaded. The error message thrown is "You have submitted TRAN 1 Form but not filed. You are requested to file the same before submitting the return".

Since December month GSTR 3B is not filed, January's 3B is not getting submitted at all. Have tried raising complaints with the helpdesk, ticket is till open from past two months but the issue is not resolved.

Seeking some suggestion / solution for this issue.

Raise the grievance on below mentioned website and also mail to gstn e mail address with ticket ID generated from below website.

kuch nahi hona h help desk pr baat krke day by day issue increase hote ja rahe aur late fee late ja rhe hai kaise bhi krke

As mentioned earlier, complaint is already lodged. Everytime I call them they tell it will be resolved shortly. It's already been a month now, no luck.

Let me know any other way out.
