how to revise gst 3B return..taxable value has been wrongly exceeded bu a 0. 100000 written in place of 10000.

As it is value, I don't think it will affect the returns.
You file your GSTR1 with correct values.

No way for Revise GSTR 3B Return if You filed...
But, You have any liability as per Your calculations then Pay it...
Also You ll reverse the Excess ITC amount in Your next GSTR 3B return without fail...
