Depends upon the power of VOTERS !!
There are less chances of waiver of late fee. Pls dont wait for waive off. Waiting will cost 200 per day. Just clear the due & file your return.
u Just submit the same. file whenever you want to file. As late fee is leviable until u don't submit the return. Practically, I have seen this in case of "Nil return". So, U may try .

U cant file return unless returns & dues relating to last tax period i.e. month are properly filed. Pls file last month returns also. then you can file for current month
