Gstr 3b
If Gstr3b is submitted with the provisions of late fees but not actually filed, would late fees still be charged if challan generated on next date.?

No late fee wont be charged as i have seen in my case.
No late fees would be charged. The same can be backed by a press relaease dated 16th June which relaxed late fees for late filing for 2 tax periods i.e. July and August. However for 2-3 days late fees were charged for July due to system configuration issues. However in August I havent seen any.
but late fees (penalty) deductd 100 rs each CGST and 100 SGST by 21st se 17 for the month of Aug
