Does we have to take only 20 % of itc which is not reflected in gstr 2A

Yes ,  Its applicable form 9/10/2019   , refer  notification 49/2019 ( C.T)   dt  9/10/219

Confirm with  others also.

If supplier files GSTR1 quarterly,should receiver claim quarterly basis if he files GSTR1 regularly,pls clarify

You can consider/Colculate the same Quarterly wise...

Means we shall take full credit each month.
what if we take credit monthly and that is not reflected in gstr 2A qtrly.
shall we then reverse 80%

Yes... You can. But, Consider the ITC in that quarter. Also insist Your supplier for filling their GSTR 1 return and GSTR 3B return... You have more time
