If any of our supplier submit their previous months GSTR-1 on after due date,when will effect this in GSTR 2A. For example one of our supplier submit their GSTR-1 for the month of April'18 on January'19.Which month we can see this entry in GSTR 2A, April'18 or January'19?

it is depends on return filing period.for example Suppliers has filed April 2018 Return in January 2019 than you can see entry in April-2018 GSTR-2A

April -18 month's return file in January month's date (as late return) then it's showing your April GSTR 2A.
In case the supplier shown the invoices in Jan-19 month's return then it's showing Your Jan-19 GSTR 2A...
