i am withdrawing composition scheme in 12 Nov 17. But portal shows jul- sept, oct-nov, then shows nov17, dec 17.my RC date is 7.9.17. how I file GST returns. any penalty for late Filing. how do I file for Nov. 17 GSTR-3b and Gstr-1.
can I file GSTR -3 b for Nov.17 after filing Jul-Sept 17 comp return.

You need to file GSTR 4 from 07.09.17 to 12.11.17 and for 13.11.17 onwards you should file GSTR-1 and GSTR 3B. And if you file GSTR - 1 before 10.01.2018 there will be no late fee on the same.
