same issue for me also, login screen not opening, cleared cache and restarted pc, tried all browsers, no use...... finally i raised ticket.....

UNABLE TO ACCESS LOGIN PAGE. RAISED TICKET STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANY REPLY.
STILL NO NOTICE OF EXTENDING THE DUE DATE ALSO.
Yes for me also Login Page not working. I am also unable to upload ITC-03 "System Error" message coming from 14th April 2018 (shifted from regular to composition scheme) Due date to file was 24th April 2018 which already left. I have also raised ticket on 16th April 2018 but no reply yet. GST Helpdesk Executive have no idea about the same. What to do now? Really disgusting.
Yes GST site is working fine in Windows Edge browser but issues are there in google crome
