Gst tax practitioner

Dear Sir

              I am Completed MBA (finance) Working as a Sinour accountant in export company can i apply for GST practitioner, Please tell me the procedure, 

1. Basmati rice Branded (is GST is Applicable, What is the  %, SGST & CGST)

2.for Conceptual bakery in privious tax we are taken 6% Service Tax And 14.5% Vat, What is the tax structure in GST and how much % we have to charges.
