how person having turnover more then 1.5 cr take GST credit if he buy from small business man??..

If you are buying from urd, then no RCM, no ITC till merch 2018
i am buying from registered dealers
but i am filing return on monthly bases

you take credit normally on monthly basis. After the small business man file quarterly the Invoice will be matched and then your ITC will be tallied. If u have claimed more than the actual then you will have to pay back with interest
