Certainly! Let me guide you through the process of obtaining separate GST registrations for a Partnership Firm and a Proprietorship Business. Here are the steps:

GST Registration for Partnership Firm:
Documents Required:
PAN Card of the Partnership Firm and both partners.
Aadhar cards of both partners.
Passport-size photos of both partners.
Mobile numbers and email IDs of both partners.
Partnership Deed.
Rental agreement (if the office premises is rented).
Latest electricity bill for the office.
No objection certificate from the owner of the office premises.
Step-by-Step Approach:
Visit the GST Portal.
Click on “Services” > “Registration” > “New Registration.”
Fill in the details, including the legal name of the business (as mentioned in PAN), PAN number, and contact information.
Generate a Temporary Reference Number (TRN) by verifying your mobile OTP and email OTP.
Log in using the TRN and proceed to fill the registration application form.
Provide business details, including the trade name, and save the application.
Complete the remaining tabs as required1.
GST Registration for Proprietorship Business:
The process for a proprietorship business is similar to that of a partnership firm.
Ensure you have the necessary documents, including PAN card, Aadhar card, and other relevant details.
Visit the GST Portal, select “New Registration,” and fill in the required information.
Address Consideration:
Yes, it is possible to have different addresses for the partnership firm and the proprietorship business.
Ensure that you provide accurate address details during the registration process for each entity.
Remember to follow the guidelines and provide all necessary documents to successfully register both entities. If you have any specific questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask! 🙌

No issues for take registration under his pan like proprietorship.

Note : PAN of partnership & Individual PAN both of different. So, no relativity of GST registration in both PAN.
