GST return for the month prior to Registration
Whether those who could not registered under GST during July-August due to non-working of website and finally successful in getting GST No. in September need to file returns for July-August?. In this case whether online returns will be accepted by GST website for the period prior to registration?

It's can't accepted. First of you ll see the registration date as "Effect Date" then You ll check your availability for the return period in GST portal on your ID...
