Server busy is not the problem.. 

Because few other concern of mine working perfectly. 

Even I'm facing same problem. I have sent mail about this problem to get help portal. If I find any solution I'll share. Tried calling GST customer care they don't have any solution for it. They asking me wait nd check again.

Even I'm facing same problem. Today I checked my GSTIN using search taxpayer option under user service under service menu in GST website. Status of my provisional ID is provisional. it's not changed to active. It should be active. After completing registration process, I have received mail stating your provisional ID will be turned to active when GST comes into force. But so far it's not changed. So today I mailed to gst help desk portal to change my GSTIN status to Active. There are other concerns which are working fine in gst website I can access everything in that like electronic cash ledger nd returns option. Those companies provisional ID status is active. So you please try to mail GST help desk with ARN NUMBER and GSTIN asking them to change status to ACTIVE. I have mailed them today morning nd do far no reply from them. Let's wait nd see for three to four days.

I have got automated reply from GST Help desk.

I called customer care with ref ID they said it will rectified with four to five days.

I'm also facing the same issue. I couldn't file my return because of this issue. Could you please share their Customer care number? I tried the one available on GST website, but call is not getting connected.

0120-4888999 But calling them won't make big change... You Pls try to mail them the issue...
