gst return filling
if any party migration under gst is pending now then what is about July and August 3b form filling procedure.. please guide

First of Consider the Migration required or Not...!
If yes.,
Filing from July if Regular dealer. or Filing the Quarter return if opting Composition
in case regular dealer form 3 b is filled for July and August
bcz due date is succeeding month 20th
Yes... July & August 3B, GSTR 1, 2, 3 Filing is Must if he is Migrating...
okk in this case, is there due date of filling form 3b within 20th day of succeeding month is not relevant???

Ask logically ok...
mistake by dealer then why/how we break the rule...?
If migrating then follow the rules from 1st day of July 17...
Otherwise i don't know the details...
