- That (address) has been let out to (enterprise’s name)
- That I shall not arise any objection if they carry on their business activities at the above noted address.
- That I shall not arise any objection if they registered with Goods and Service Act at the above said portion of property.
- That my NOC is true and correct.

If you have notarized rental agreement then there is no need for NOC.
Just attach electricity bill along with rent agreement and apply for registration.
I have done this in 4/5 registration and all got approved.
