Gst registration related

I apply Gst registration 7 July 2020 ...notice For filling clarification s issued By department on 10 July ..on the same Day..I reply the notice by providing requisite documents..but application is rejected By department on 13 th July 2020. on the same day filled fresh Application ...from Now 22 July 2020 ,showed pending For processing... And I want to open current account... And bank demand gst certificate..what I can do..plz anyone can suggest me..Thanx
