GST registration in one state and Bought product in other states-How about ITC

As per GST provisions: Place of supply and location of provider is Chennai,they should have charged CGST and SGST since your staff physical lly went there and bought.

But when you buy online ,you can get ITC since they should charge IGST for interstate

How you can get like that,

Check the rules relating to place of supply.

Your staff went physically to Chennai ,so supplier is Chennai and it is sold at Chennai outlet then CGST & SGST is applicable

What will make you to prove that it is Interstate supply??
