If my client provide(based in India) market research service to Singapore based co. Receipt payment in foreign convertible currency and both are distinct person.
Questions as follow:
1. whether above service is export service?
2. Gst registration is compulsory in case of export of service? or Any limit for registration?
3. whether we need to obtain IEC code?
