I am also facing the same issue in last 5 days. OTP received but it says syster error after entering otp. But in my case there is mismatch in pan n adhar data ... name & birth date. bcoz of that it may be showing as error

There are other system requirements.

I also facing this problem last 5 days but I tried it on another system but error is still
