Friends,
I provide software services to foreign clients. I had paid IGST against a few of my foreign bills last year. This was before I had submitted Letter of Undertaking. We submitted applications for refund in April 2018. We were asked to provide some clarrifications and mainly re-arrange the attached documents etc. At this point, we have submitted everything possible but still haven't received any refund. What are my options? Do we just keep following up with the assigned officer and keep waiting?
