please let me know
whether gst shall be refunded on earlier purchase too or from now onward ...and when to apply for refund?

As per Notification 20/2018 CT (r)

Refund is applicable from 1/8/2018 onwards Under inverted tax structure

Can't claim ITC before 31/07/2018 ... will be lapse as clearly notify in Notification 20/2018CT (r)
