How to claim for refund of GST paid on packaging goods like Bottles, Caps, Boxes, Labels?
How to claim if all export order purchases are in made in month of Jan, and export is made in Month of Feb, March?
Please advise. Need Expert opinion

GST Refund on exports of Alcoholic Beverages

Alcohol is outside the ambit of GST. Therefore, in my opinion, you cannot claim the refund of the GST paid on input even if they are exported outside India.
