Gst refund not received - exports without payment

For one of our clients, we have filed the refund application for GST refund on exports without payment of tax for the period July 2017-December 2018 in June. However, the we have still not received the refund. On checking the refund status, the status is 'filed', and assigned to is 'NA'. Do we need to take any further steps? Thank you.
