GST Rate on Works contact by subcontractors for govt work related to Water Supply
At which rate the Invoice Should be raised by Subcontractor to main contractor for Government Works Contract related to Water supply....... Whether 18% or 12%

Now Government Works also 18% only. Hence, sub contractor also has to submit Tax Invoice with GST @ 18%.
GST rate is 18%
