One of my clients has taken lorriers/truck on rental basis.
What GST rate should we actually charges 18% or 28%.
Since it relates to renting of motar vehicle client believe we should charge 28%.
Any thoughts on this..

Now lessor state that we should charges 18% gst.
we believe that, lessor should charge 28% GST ( as it relates to renting of motar vehicle)& thus we claim 28% input respectively.
