I have queries regarding:-
1. Would gst be charged for using only swimming pool or picnic area of the resort without accommodating the room ?
2.If so how much rate would be charged ?

This is an easement service being provided to you against consideration and is chargeable to GST @ 18%.
Dear Sir,
Please confirm the rate of tax applicable for repair and service of a Fiberglass swimming pool. (Fibre Glass swimming pool contains jacuzzi system with electro mechanical features.)
Please advise for further steps.
