Is the view from Service provider or receiver...?
There are 2 cases of GST on rent a cab
- if all the cost is borne by the service provider - 5%
- if the cost of fuel is borne by the service receiver - then the rate is 18%

From point of view of service provider. 12% rate is also there if we take ITC, if m not wrong?

Recenlty I providing hire vechicle service to govt offices. They are dudecuted 2% gst on gross value .sir how much tax I have to pay for gst department .( I am gst taxpayer)
