Govt Department has deducted 2% GST on our bills, Now question is we will deposit GST 18% (applicable Rate on us) or 16% beacuase 2% already has been deducted by the govt department.

Ok THanks, it means 18% we have to pay on bill and 2% which was deducted we can claim.

The tax they have deducted will be deducted on basic basis.
