If a Hospital registered under GST giving one portion of hospital to another hospital on rental basis.

Shall owner hospital charge GST on rental amount for such part of hospital from tenant hospital.???

If the owner of the hospital have GST registeration he can charge GST

yes he liable to pay GST on rental income
