Hi sir. I got bramch in same sate. If ii want tramsfer my stoxk to branch. I want to make tax bill or withoutt tax bill.
u dun hv to make tax invoice bcause registration sec 25(2) specify 1 registration in a state or union territory. but u have different business vertical in a state than u require seperate registration. bt u hv only 1business n branch of single business in a state. so no tax invoice required.
