Gst- querry regarding threshold limit
Our Office Premises is on Rent. The owner of premise is an Individual. Rent of Property is 70000/-.Property is a commercial property.
Threshold limit may or may not exceed 20 lakh per annum . The owner is not charging any service tax on his bill. What will be impact on GST.
