GST place of supply
A is located in Maharastra and B is located in Tamilandu, A is importing the goods the destination port is Chennai and goods supply directly from Chennai port to B customer in Tamilnadu, please inform whether IGST applicable or CGST & SGST applicable

FIRST ,IGST SHALL BE APPLICABLE ON IMPORT ALONG WITH IMPORT DUTY. THEN FOR THE SALE IN TN ALSO IGST ARISES.

IGST shall be applicable as it is inter state supply
