contractor apna bill issue 1 June 2018 company ko karta hai ( bill date 1.6.2018) aur company contractor ko payment 1.8.2018 mai karta hai to contractor ko GST kab bharna hoga ??

in the month of July 18, GSTR 3b u have to make a payment....Base on Time of supply
As per sec 12(2) of cgst act, time of supply in this case is date of issue of invoice. Hence pay tax in June gstr 3b i.e. 20 july
