GST on works contract
We are civil contractors working for Millitary Engineering Services, will we get input credit and what rate of tax are we supposed to pay.

When you are civil contractors the scheme you have to specify that is you opted for composition scheme or non composition scheme, you will be able to claim ITC in both the cases but the rate of tax differs in both the cases.
