gst on which amount is applicable?

i am registered person under gst. my turnover is 500000 of trading and rental income of commercial building is 300000 p.a. gst on which amount is applicable?

Once registered, each supply is liable for GST levy...... as per applicable rate........ No exemption......

Commercial Rental supply of 3 lakhs at 18%

and trading supply as per goods' specified rate....
