In exchange of old demolished building, promoter allows one flat in Kolkata. How much GST is applicable and on what amount? Does it consider registration charges etc.
If we show it as " ready to move" flat, can we avoid gst

If its under construction, GST will be applicable at 1% for affordable or 5% in general..
