I have a query on GST.

In case bill was raised on 01.04.2016, before applicability of GST,but payment has not been made.Suppose payment is made today,ie,24.11.2018 , should we deduct TDS while making payment.

No need to deduct tds for outstanding payments...

(Commonly Tds on service bill at the time of supply. So,
Is the bill is service bill or Goods bill...?
What about at the time booking the book...)
@ Sneha

If you are talking about the GST TDS,
only Govt concern is liable to deduct TDS (As per Section 51 CGT Act ) & As per SOP on CBEC site TDS is not required to be deducted Where the payment relates to a tax invoice that has been issued
before 01.10.2018.
