GST on sales of under construction flat by investor
If Investor book flat in under construction building and sold that flat before OC to someone else, whether original Investor need to pay GST on sales value. Or will it be treated as sale of flat and no GST.

Yes, its supply, & subject to ITC with some conditions.
why ITC is allowed since he is supplying under construction flat and as per new rule no ITC ATO BUILDERS
