As GST is getting started from July 01, 2017 please let us know what will be the rate of GST on renting of Commercial Office Space and which Form (GSTR 1 to 10) needs to be submitted as return under the GST.

Registered (normal) dealers would be required to charge 18% GST for renting of commercial office rental income.

Thanks for the reply. How do I pay tax under the GST regime. Will I have to upload all my rent bill in GSTR 1 and then the challan will get automatically generated for the payment. Or can I generate the Challan and pay my taxes on Commercial Rent. Can you guide step by step.Will I have to submit other returns along with GSTR 1 if yes then when ?
