We are the GST Register Dealer under private limited company and we are paying the Rent Amount to 50K to indivial person if GST is applicable or not if we are paing to other than indivial als inform us.

if you are paying rent to unregistered person than GST under Reverse charge will be applicable to your company
If your owner is regd, he will issue a bill to you charging GST on it.
If your owner is unregd, you have to pay GST under RCM.
