Is Gst on Rent of shop under rcm applicable for an unregistered dealer??

if u pay rent for your shop u will have to pay rcm
than dealer must have registration to comply with law
if dealer is unregistered how can comply with rcm.

To gap the loop hole section 24 of the GST Act clearly mentions that the persons who are required to pay tax under reverse charge has to get REGISTERED.
there is section 25 which suggest the dealer who require to pay RCM must get registered mandatory however his supply is less than threshhold.

cont., a supplier who is not registered to a registered person then such person has to go by RCM.In your case you will get input tax credit only when you get registered. Since you are not registered you will loose input tax credit.
