I have got GST NUMBER. and my YEARLY rent income is Rs. 800000. i have heared that rent income till Rs. 20 lakhs is exempted. will i have still have to pay GST ON RENT??

No if total income on ur PAN is less than 20 lakhs
If You have GSTIN then Your income is Taxable under GST from Rs. 1.....

Once Registration taken under GST, then even if your Taxable Turnover is less than ₹ 20,00,000 you have to pay GST.
